My friend, Jim Kukral, is a guy who "walks the walk." What I mean by that is he is constantly making recommendations to others about what they should be doing, marketing wise, and he actually does them consistently himself. I am not sure how you feel about people who are great at telling you what you should be doing, and then never do it themselves, but I cannot stand folks like that.

Jim is always challenging me to take things to the next level, like when he suggested this. {Yes Jim, I finally put an intro on it!} No. Scratch that. Brad Kleinman, another friend of mine, {And a true fan and believer of how I help potential franchise owners find great opportunities, actually did the technical stuff for the intro}
