I am three months into a 10 year agreement.  I had lawyer review the agreement to see if I had liability if I decided to walk.  Seem fine.  Now three months in, I am losing customers faster than I am getting them and franchisor is saying I have to pay full 10 year royalties to get out….  Any advise?

Did you have a franchise attorney review your contract and the FDD before you invested in the franchise?
